Women's Ministry

 For years, our women have faithfully served in every area and finally the time has come that we can be refreshed and renewed in our walk with the Lord.  Our desire is to grow in love toward one another, being equipped for sharing the love of the Savior with those in our midst.  Whether a stay-at-home Mom or a busy executive, we hope this Women’s Ministry will be a blessing to you.

We are “One Heart & One Hope” because we think this is an  accurate representation of all we hope to accomplish here.  The scripture references say it all ...

    1 Peter 1:22  ... “Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from the heart.”  

    Hebrews 6:19 ... “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.”

Please join us as we embark on this new adventure.  Take advantage of the ongoing weekly opporunities.  Look for a place where you can plug in and begin to serve.  Don’t just sit on the sidelines and watch ... become a part of what God is doing!  I can hardly wait to hear the stories of how God is working in the lives of FBCPC women!!

Women's Missionary Union 

Women On Mission/Ladies Night Out 

- Meets the Third Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM at the home of Gina Gordon.        For more information please call 763-5143. *FOR THE FEBRUARY MEETING ONLY* - We will meet on the February 23rd.

Roundtable Group  - Meets the 2nd Monday of every month in the Family Life Center at 10:30 AM for mission study, mission action projects, prayer.  Lunch will be served.

 

The Afternoon Group - Meets the 4th Thursday 2:30 PM at the home of Carmel Crews.    We do mission study, mission action projects, prayer for missions.  Refreshments are served.      For more information please call 763-5143.  
 

On-Going Women's Bible Studies

Sims Ladies Bible Study - meets Tuesdays at 9AM in the Chapel and Wed at 5:45 PM in room 206 of the C Building. Led by Linda Sims. Linda is a wonderful Bible teacher with a heart for women’s ministry.

Thursday Ladies Bible Study - meets Thursdays at 9:30AM in the Chapel.  Led by Sarah Ann Gay, this study will take us through the New Testament.  Sarah Ann has been teaching women for years and we are thrilled to add another opportunity for women to our weekly Bible study schedule.

Deacons’ Wives with Sandi Tidwell - Sandi Tidwell leads a special study for our Deacons’ wives each month during the Deacons’ meeting.  Sandi is a gifted teacher and this time together is treasured by the women who participate.  All Deacons’ wives are invited to join the study on the Tuesday after the 3rd Sunday of each month.

MOPS  (Mothers of Preschoolers)

MOPS is about celebrating motherhood,   meeting needs, making connections in an accepting and caring atmosphere, and experiencing God’s love through relationships and resources.
